I purchased a Michael Kors handbag in April this year and used it for 2-3 weeks max. and the leather started peeling off the handle. Have tried since May 20, 2012 to talk to an actually real person about this problem with no luck. Anyone have any ideas? Their customer service SUCKS!!!

I totally agree with all coments above. I purchased a black handbag and in about tree months it begins to peel, showing a white surface. I emailed the custumer service and they agreed to replace it. I still wait for them to ship another bag, but I’m afraid it’s not going to happen. And I agree that MK have bad quality products and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This is a sore spot for me as my in laws hired a decorator to do entyrehivg and pick entyrehivg, even the colors and then let me see the nursery right before I went in for my c section and it wasn’t what I would have picked. They are generous but I’d rather they keep their money and allow me to just set my own childrens rooms up as I’d like.
